Ingredients

  • Tagliatelle
  • 100g Pecorino Romano, grated
  • 10ml Cooking Cream

Method

Step 1

Bring a pan of water to a boil.

Step 2

Add the Tagliatelle, wait for the water to boil again and boil for about 4 minutes on low fire.

Step 3

Drain the pot, saving some cooking water in case the pasta becomes too dry.

Step 4

Stir in the cooking cream, parsley and cheese. Add cooking water if it's too dry.
