Ingredients

  • 1 Apple
  • 50g Mayonaise
  • 2x Burger
  • 80g Fourme d'Ambert
  • 2x Brioche Bread
  • 50g Breakfast Bacon
  • 80g Onion Chutney
  • 400g Fresh Precooked Small Potatoes
  • 60g Salad mix
  • 50g Walnuts
  • 125g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Mustard
  • 2 tsp White Balsamico
  • 1 tbsp Extra Vierge Olive Oil

Method

Step 1

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the apple into thin wedges. Cut the tomatoes in half. Remove the bacon slices and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the walnuts next to it.

Step 2

Heat 1/2 butter per person in a cooker with a lid over medium heat. Add the precooked potatoes and 1 1/2 tsp of any form of seasoning per person. Bake the precooked potatoes, 10 - 11 minutes. Remove the lid from the pan during the last 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Bake the bacon and walnuts in the oven for 5-8 minutes.

Step 3

Heat 1/2 butter per person in a cooker with a lid over medium heat. Cut the Fourme d'Ambert into thin slices. Cook the burger, 3-5 minutes per side. Divide the cheese over the burger halfway through. Bake the brioche bun yourself in the oven for 2 - 3 minutes. Make a dressing in a salad bowl from per person: 1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp white balsamic vinegar, 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.

Step 4

Mix the apple and tomatoes with the salad mix into the dressing. Sprinkle the walnuts over it. Divide the potatoes among the plates. Cut the brioche bun in half. Top the burger with blue cheese and the bacon and spread the onion chutney on the other half of the bun. Serve with the salad and mayonnaise.
