Ingredients

  • 2x Pizza Dough Rolls
  • 200g Passata
  • 1 Buffalo Mozarella
  • 50g Coburgerham
  • 1/2 can Artichoke Hearts
  • 25g Rasped Italian Cheese
  • 60g Rucola
  • 1 can Tomato Puree
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 Small Red Onion
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 tsp Black Balsamic Vinegar

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Press or finely chop the garlic. Chop the red onion. Pull apart the buffalo mozzarella and tear into small pieces. Drain the artichoke hearts and cut into quarters.

Step 2

Heat 1/4 tbsp olive oil per person in a frying pan with a lid. Add the garlic and red onion and fry over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Add the tomato puree and cook for 1 minute over medium heat.

Step 3

Deglaze with 1 tsp black balsamic vinegar per person and the passata. Add the dried oregano and season with salt and pepper. Simmer, covered, for 5-10 minutes.

Step 4

Roll out the pizza dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread with the tomato sauce. Top the pizza with the grated Italian cheese and the artichoke hearts. Bake in the oven for 13 - 15 minutes.

Step 5

In a salad bowl, mix the arugula and 1 tsp black balsamic vinegar per person. Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.

Step 6

Divide the pizzas over the plates and garnish with the olive tapenade and the coburger ham. Divide the buffalo mozzarella and the arugula over it.
