Ingredients
- 180g Orecchiette
- 20g Ras el hanout
- 200g Half-half ground beef
- 100g Spinach
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 Hand-orange
- 40g Cream cheese
- 1 Roma tomato
- 20g cashew
- 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Vegetable bouillon block
Method
Step 1
Boil plenty of water with 1/4 stock cube per person in a pan with a lid for the pasta. Cook the pasta, covered, 11-13 minutes. Then drain, save 25 ml of cooking liquid per person and let it steam out without a lid. Chop the onion. Cut the bell pepper and tomato into small cubes. Squeeze 1/2 orange per person.
Step 2
Heat 1/4 tbsp olive oil per person in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the minced meat for 2 - 3 minutes. Add the ras el hanout and cook for 1 minute. Add the onion, bell pepper and tomato and fry for 4-5 minutes. Tear the spinach into small pieces over the pan and stir through the vegetables.
Step 3
Add the cooking liquid and orange juice to the skillet and let it simmer for another 2 minutes. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, toast the cashew pieces in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Add the cream cheese and pasta to the sauce and mix well.
Step 4
Divide the pasta among deep plates. Sprinkle with the toasted cashew pieces.
